Consort's extensive press shop, CNC cutting and forming, welding, paintshop and assembly facilities are available to other manufacturers requiring additional capacity.

A summary of our Key Capital Equipment is listed below:-

• 2 Trumpf CNC punching machines with fully automated sheet handling, computer controlled with two CAD/ CAM software packages: Co Create and RADAN with the ability to handle most file medias eg IGES, DFX, MI, DWG etc.
• 2 Trumpf CNC three axis laser cutting centre with automatic sheet loading.
• Salvagnini CNC Panel Bender.
• 2 RAS folding machines with CNC.
• 4 Press Brakes from 20 to 80 tonne.
• 4 head CNC rolling machine. Material up to one metre.
• 20 Power Presses from 20 to 150 tonne, plus a 750 tonne hydraulic press.
• Welding fabrication area with spot welders, MIG and TIG welding sets and linishing equipment.
• Fanuc robot welder.
• Automatic and manual powder paint spraying systems complete with degreasing plant and overhead conveyor system.
• Complete service tool room.
• An 82,000 sq ft factory with 35,000 sq ft of light assembly area.
• An engineering laboratory department where we design and develop our own products and specialise in Customer application projects.
